I've worn my cock like this on nudist holidays and for a month or two under my normal clothes. By changing the tape every few days there are no hygiene problems. From a distance your cock looks fatter because the foreskin is shortened and your glans is about 90% exposed. If you have a looong foreskin use wider tape. I've found the whole thing easy to live with. This method for 'closing' the foreskin looks OK but you need to ensure you keep the glans fresh. You'll need to expose and wash the glans at least twice a day, once the glans and skin are dry restore your phimosis promptly. It'll probably remain viable for several days as long as you do not get it too wet when freshening up. (Most superglue release with warm water and soap.) I think those of us with a foreskin could follow this method those with a cut cock will need to 'develop' a foreskin before engaging. Enjoy your cocks.

I'd use the surgical version of superglue. On a different slant I sometimes 'tape' my foreskin. I use 15mm micropore applied around the shaft with the foreskin retracted and at the point where the inner and outer skin meet. Do not bind the tape too tight just enough to grip and slightly 'neck' the shaft. Once in place roll the skin forwards and it leaves the glans exposed
